Tayo SOKUNBI

Tayo is the Head of Business Development & Human Resources. He is an analytical, articulate and diligent human resources professional. He has hands-on experience in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating human capital within a highly competitive environment. He is particularly interested in HR policies and framework development, employee relations, talent management and grievance resolution.

Tayo is responsible for developing a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction. He is well experienced in sales, client service, corporate statistical analysis and marketing. Tayo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye Ogun State and a Masters in Employment and Labour Studies from the University of Lagos.

He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria [CIPMN].
